With over 20 years of construction industry experience, Matt’s expertise and attention to detail allows him to oversee all the projects in Coast’s Commercial Division. Prior to joining the company in 2009, Matt held Project Management and Estimating positions with construction companies in Texas and Louisiana. Matt holds an undergraduate degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Elliot descends from a long line of Croatian, trailblazing oyster farmers, coupled with an illustrious family heritage of Louisiana sugar cane farming. The seeds of excellence, of pride in one’s labor, perseverance and determination, were planted early from both sides of the family tree.
